Successful together: Amodes’ first mobile dewatering system is placed on a trailer by SÜLZLE KLEIN
Until now, the dewatering systems of Amodes have mainly been mounted on mobile FlatRacks. On behalf of Amodes, SÜLZLE KLEIN has taken over the constructive redesign of the process engineering stages from 40′ FlatRack to 3-axle truck trailers and thereby achieved several advantages:
We increase flexibility through faster and cheaper transport options between locations, as the trailer can be towed by any conventional tractor.
Safe operation of the system from the walkways secured with railings.
Better accessibility due to rearrangement of the process stages.
Adjustable axles and supports facilitate the alignment of the entire plant on site.
Transparent communication between Amodes and SÜLZLE KLEIN about the adjustments and progress ensured that the project ran smoothly. Tim Wienand (Technical Manager Amodes) and Lukas Schulte (Project Manager SÜLZLE KLEIN) led the project in good cooperation.
We are happy about the new finished trailer and very much look forward to further joint projects in the future.
